GEM Enviro Management Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of GEM Enviro Management Limited has approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 0.25/-, i.e. 5% per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each fully paid up, for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
