Alufluoride Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Alufluoride Limited has recommended a final dividend of INR 3/- (Rupees Three only) per equity share of INR 10/- each (i.e. 30% on the face value of INR 10 each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025, for the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The board also fixed the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company as Monday, 23rd June, 2025 and the record date as Friday, 13th June, 2025 for the purpose of payment of final dividend INR 3/- (Rupees Three only) as recommended by the Board of Directors.

Shares of ALUFLUORIDE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 436.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 411.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6372 in over 211 trades.
