Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The board of directors of Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Limited has recommended Final Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025 of Rs. 1.50/- (Rupee One and Paise Fifty Only) i.e. @ 150% per equity share having face value of Rs. 1/- each, aggregating to Rs. 749.18 Lakhs. The payment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
