PTC Industries Ltd inaugurates Strategic Materials Technology Complex at Lucknow

PTC Industries Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Aerolloy Technologies Limited, has initiated a significant expansion of its advanced materials and aerospace manufacturing capabilities.

The company has announced the inauguration of India's first Strategic Materials Technology Complex, located in the Lucknow node of the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor. The Titanium and Superalloys Materials Plant was inaugurated by the Hon'ble Defence Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh Ji and the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath Ji on Sunday, May 11, 2025.

Further, the foundation stone was laid for several strategic manufacturing and R&D projects, including:

- Aerospace Precision Castings Plant
- Aerospace Forge Shop and Mill Products Plant
- Aerospace Precision Machining Shop
- Strategic Powder Metallurgy Facility
- STRIDE Academy - Skill and Excellence Training Centre
- Research & Development Centre

In addition, the Company has formally inducted its strategic acquisition of Trac Precision Solutions, UK into the PTC Group, significantly strengthening its global presence and capability in precision aerospace components.

These developments are a major step towards enhancing India's self-reliance in critical defence and aerospace technologies, establishing an end-to-end domestic supply chain for high-performance materials and components. They also contribute to regional employment generation, skill development, and long-term national strategic capacity.

Shares of PTC Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12220.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12360.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 822 in over 477 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12964.25 and intraday low of 12159.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10340352.00.
