Coforge Limited declares 4th interim dividend of Rs. 19

The Board of directors of Coforge Limited has declared Fourth interim dividend of Rs. 19/- (Rupees Nineteen only) per Equity Share of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up, for the Financial Year 2024-25.

The Board has fixed May 12, 2025 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Fourth interim dividend. The payment of interim dividend would be done within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend.

Shares of Coforge Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 7499.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7387.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26527 in over 7050 trades.
