GV Films Limited looks to expand Entertainment Business

GV Films Limited being a first listed entertainment company in India own 6000 Bollywood, Tollywood and other regional movie rights. Further it own 8000 Hollywood films internet rights and owns a theatre complex at Thanjavur city in Tamilnadu through its wholly owned subsidiary M/s. GV Studio city limited.

The company is in discussion with various corporate houses for exploring the film and internet rights at large scale. In addition to this, the company also looking at acquisition / lease / construction of film theatres and other entertainment infrastructure at various two tier cities.

Shares of GV FILMS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 0.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 0.62. The total number of shares traded during the day was 76327655 in over 3813 trades.
