Adani Green Energy Sixty Nine Ltd enters into PPA with UPPCL for 400 MW solar power

Adani Green Energy Sixty Nine Limited, a Wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited ("UPPCL") for supply of 400 MW solar power from grid connected solar PV power project to be developed in the state of Rajasthan.

The PPA was executed at 4.18 p.m. on May 3, 2025.

Shares of Adani Green Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 905.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 900.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 249756 in over 6830 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 931.65 and intraday low of 903.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 228800399.00.
