Vitizen Hotels Ltd acquires 101 Rooms Hotel Property at Nani Daman

The subsidiary of Vikram Kamats Hospitality Limited viz. Vitizen Hotels Limited have acquired a Hotel property on ownership basis with 101 Rooms situated at Kavi Khabardar Marg, Main Road, Near Jetti, Nani Daman.

A complete regularization/ upgradation / renovation to meet the market needs and Company standards of the said Hotel will be undertaken before it is operational and generates revenue on consolidated basis for the Company, which will be intimated in due course of time.

Shares of Vidli Restaurants Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 68.21 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 69.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 261 in over 6 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 71.71 and intraday low of 66.68. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18053.00.
