Archean Chemical Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Archean Chemical Industries Ltd has considered and recommend a final dividend of Re. 3/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (150%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, out of the profits of the Company, which shall be paid/despatched subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing AGM.
