Gravita India Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 6.35 for FY2026

The Board of Directors of Gravita India Limited have considered and declared the Interim Dividend of Rs. 6.35/- (317.50%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2025-26. Also, in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board has fixed Thursday, 08th May, 2025, as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of Interim Dividend and the payment of interim dividend/dispatch of dividend warrants will be done on or before 31st May, 2025.

Shares of Gravita India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1812.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1749.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10936 in over 1258 trades.
