Nitta Gelatin India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of directors of Nitta Gelatin India Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 8/- (including special dividend of Rs. 2/- to commemorate the golden jubilee of the Company) per Equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- for declaration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, which if declared, shall thereafter be paid within the statutory time limit thereof.
