Adani Enterprises Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.30

The Board of directors of Adani Enterprises Ltd has recommended Dividend of Rs. 1.30 (@ 130%) per Equity Share of face value of Re. 1 each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2024-25, subject to approval by shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The Company has fixed Friday, 13th June, 2025 as 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members of the Company to receive Dividend of Rs. 1.30 (@ 130%) per Equity Share having face value of Re. 1/- each fully paid-up for the financial year 2024-25. The said Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, shall be paid on or after 30th June, 2025, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.

Shares of Adani Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2293.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2297.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 85963 in over 6379 trades.
