Aeroflex Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.30

The Board of Directors of Aeroflex Industries Ltd has recommended the payment of a final dividend of Re. 0.30 (thirty paisa) per equity share of face value Rs. 2/- each, (i.e.,15%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). Upon its approval by the shareholders, the dividend will be paid or dispatched to eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of the AGM. The date of the AGM will be intimated in due course.
