Vishvprabha Ventures Limited has received Development Rights Certificate (Floor Space IndexFSD) from Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation of 80,149 Sq Meters against the consideration of Running Bill raised for KDMC Road work. Post the Retention of 5% for defect liability period of years, the Net Quantity available for sale is 76142 Sq meters. Development Rights Certificate recetved from KDMC has been enclosed. We have received the Copy on April 25, 2025.
