Thyrocare Technologies Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 21

The Board of directors of Thyrocare Technologies Limited has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 21/- per equity share for the financial year 2024-25 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company. The Dividend, if declared by shareholders, shall be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM.
