Rane Steering Systems Pvt Ltd sells land for Rs. 50.50 crores

Rane Steering Systems Private Limited (formerly known as Rane NSK Steering Systems Private Limited) (`RSSL'), wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, as part of its strategy of monetization of non-core assets, sold the land situated at Chengalpattu, Tamilnadu measuring 3.995 acres for a consideration of Rs.50.50 Crores on April 04, 2025 to M/s. Estancia IT Park Private Limited, Chennai.

Shares of Rane Holdings Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1249.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1321.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 302 in over 60 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1305.05 and intraday low of 1236.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 383191.00.
