Agribio Spirits Ltd acquires Solkit Distillery & Brewery Pvt Ltd

Agribio Spirits Limited (Formerly known as Beekay Niryat Limited) has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) on today i.e. April 2, 2025 with Soli Ilavia (Seller 1), Anosh Ilavia (Seller 2), Arash Ilavia (Seller 3), Solkit Cosmetics (Seller 4) and Crystal Ilavia (Seller 5) for the purpose of acquisition of 5,00,000 (Five Lacs) equity shares equivalent to 100% of the total issued and paid-up capital of M/s Solkit Distillery & Brewery Private Limited ("SDBPL") to acquire running business of bottling (Manufacturing) of Country Liquor(CL) / Rajasthan Made Liquor (RML) and India Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) with a capacity of 1,45,000 approx. cases per month.

On the completion of the said proposed acquisition, the Company will hold 100% of total issued and paid-up share capital of the "SDBPL" resulting the same "SDBDL" becomes the Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of Agribio Spirits Limited (Formerly known as Beekay Niryat Limited) was last trading in BSE at Rs. 168.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 166.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4717 in over 61 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 174.60 and intraday low of 166.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 794846.00.
