The members of the Company vide Special resolution passed through Postal ballot, have approved the change of name of the Company from "Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries Ltd" to "UVS Hospitality and Services Limited" on 19th December, 2024.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs through its Fresh Certificate of incorporation dated today i.e. 17th March, 2025 have approved the change of name of the Company from "Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries Ltd" to "UVS Hospitality and Services Limited."
Shares of THIRDWAVE FINANCIAL INTERMEDIARIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 105.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 110.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1925 in over 17 trades.
