Sky Industries Ltd to purchase land for greenfield expansion project

The Board of Directors of Sky Industries Ltd at its Board Meeting held today i.e. Thursday, September 19, 2024, has approved the purchase of land admeasuring 17049.00 sq. mts situated at Khattalwada, Taluka-Umbergaon, District-Valsad, Gujarat from an unrelated third party seller for setting up of greenfield project as a part of the Company's expansion plan for an amount of Rs. 6.82 Crore (exclusive of Stamp Duty and Registration charges which will be at actuals) . The Company is in the process of executing definitive agreement(s) in accordance with the applicable laws and procedural requirements.

Shares of SKY INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 140.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 144.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13048 in over 288 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 151.00 and intraday low of 138.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1908149.00.
