Reliance Infrastructure Ltd completes OTS with LIC

Reliance Infrastructure Limited has completed the One Time Settlement (OTS) with Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) in settlement of the entire obligations with respect to the Non Convertible Debentures issued by the Company, in consideration of an amount of Rs. 600 crore.

Shares of Reliance Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 235.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 215.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 797988 in over 8402 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 238.00 and intraday low of 217.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 184316650.00.
