Shraddha Peninsula receives Full CC, ahead of Project Completion Schedule

Shraddha Prime Projects Limited ('Shraddha Prime' or 'the Company') is pleased to announce that ongoing project, Shraddha Peninsula located in Balkum, Thane has received full Commencement Certificate (CC) from the Thane Municipal Corporation as of 5th September 2024.

Originally scheduled for completion on 30th April 2026, the project is now anticipated to be delivered by December 2025, significantly ahead of the initial timeline.
