Padget Electronics enters into an MOU to manufacture notebooks, desktops and All-in-one PCs for HP

Dixon wholly owned subsidiary - Padget Electronics Private Limited has entered into an MOU with HP India Sales Private Limited to carry out manufacturing of notebooks, desktops and All-in-one PCs, subject to signing of definitive agreements in due course.

HP is a leading global provider of personal computing and other digital access devices, imaging and printing products, and related technologies solutions and services.

Commenting on this association, Mr. Atul B. Lall, Vice Chairman & Managing Director Dixon Technologies (India) Limited said, "It gives us immense pleasure to partner with the iconic brand HP to manufacture PCs under PLI 2.0. HP is a leading global player in their field known for their technologically advanced products with a worldwide presence in more than 170 countries. Shares of Dixon Technologies (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12385.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12061.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12853 in over 3956 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12439.75 and intraday low of 12040.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 157645183.00.
