Kotak Mahindra Bank accepts OTS proposal submitted by PC Jeweller Limited

Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited vide an e-mail dated September 7, 2024 has conveyed its acceptance of One Time Settlement ("OTS") proposal submitted by PC Jeweller Limited.

The Company had opted for OTS to settle the outstanding dues. The terms and conditions of approved OTS include cash and equity components payable under settlement, release of securities and mortgaged properties etc.

Shares of PC Jeweller Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 123.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 123.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1378856 in over 10215 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 127.30 and intraday low of 119.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 170427023.00.
