J C Flowers Asset Reconstruction Pvt Ltd approves settlement proposal of Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese Ltd

J C Flowers Asset Reconstruction Private Limited vide its letter dated September 3, 2024, has approved the settlement proposal of the Company regarding outstanding dues to them.

The said settlement has been accepted by the Board of Directors today and the Company will be taking necessary steps to ensure the completion of the settlement immediately and for closure of the suit instituted against the Company.

Shares of INDSIL HYDRO POWER AND MANGANESE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 64.14 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 57.81. The total number of shares traded during the day was 295501 in over 1344 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 65.70 and intraday low of 56.23. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18514387.00.
