RSWM Ltd to sell Thermal Power Plant

RSWM Ltd has entered today for sale of Thermal Power Plant (2 X 23 MW) which has now become cost inefficient and redundant. The agreement in this regard has been entered into with Mis. Didwania Trading Company, Bhilwara for a consideration amounting to Rs.48.01 CR plus applicable taxes.

Shares of RSWM Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 219.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 219.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10802 in over 523 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 221.55 and intraday low of 216.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2366271.00.
