Aditya Ispat Ltd to sell plot for Rs. 3.29 crore

The Board of Directors of Aditya Ispat Ltd, at its meeting held today i.e 01st July, 2024 at its Registered Office, has considered and approved the proposal of Sale of 2700 sq yds. of Open Plot-LRS converted property owned by the Company located at Survey No 279, Jeedimetla (V), Hyderabad-500055, Telangana.

The sale proceeds of Rs. 3,29,40,000 to be received from the sales of the above transaction will be utilized in payment of term loans and working capital of the banks.

Shares of ADITYA ISPAT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 10.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10.28. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13093 in over 28 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 10.63 and intraday low of 10.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 137856.00.
