"M/s. Beastbells Media Private Limited" (Formerly known as "Goldenare IT Solutions Private Limited") has become the subsidiary of M/s. Nihar Info Global Limited ("The Company") with effect from 15th June, 2024 pursuant to the acquisition of 1,980 equity shares of M/s. "Beastbells Media Private Limited" (Formerly known as "Goldenare IT Solutions Private Limited") constituting to 99% equity stake.

M/s. Nihar Info Global Limited has already acquired M/s. Life 108 Healthcare Private Limited and M/s. Beastbells Media Private Limited is the 2nd acquisition by M/s. Nihar Info Global Limited in the last six months.
