HPL Electric & Power Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of HPL Electric & Power Limited has approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 1.00 (10%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
