Kisan Mouldings Limited vide its letter informed us that Swiss Challenge Process has been completed successfully by Punjab National Bank and our bid has been successful.

In this connection, PIL ITALICA LIFESTYLE LIMITED has successfully completed purchase of Land, Building, Plant & Machinery, other assets situated at furniture unit of Kisan Mouldings Limited at Umerkui (Silvassa), and full payment has been made to Punjab National Bank and Kisan Mouldings Limited in respect of these assets.

Shares of PIL ITALICA LIFESTYLE LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 13.89 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.83. The total number of shares traded during the day was 56861 in over 129 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 14.18 and intraday low of 13.14. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 771013.00.
