TVS Motor Company Ltd sells stake in Tagbox India

TVS Motor Company Limited ("TVS") has sold its entire shareholding of 4,29,693 shares (consisting of 45,710 equity shares and 3,83,983 compulsorily convertible preference shares) constituting 23.5% in Tagbox Solutions Private Limited ("Tagbox India"), an associate company on 30th March 2024.

Accordingly, Tagbox India has ceased to be an associate company of TVS effective 30th March 2024.

Shares of TVS Motor Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2151.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2124.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34708 in over 3236 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2163.00 and intraday low of 2103.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 74228100.00.
