Standard Capital Markets Ltd to acquire KRV Brooms Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of Standard Capital Markets Limited ("the Company"), in its meeting held on Friday, March 29, 2024, have approved the acquisition of 100% stake in KRV Brooms Private Limited and made it a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, a Company incorporate in India.

KRV Brooms Private Limited was incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 on January 18, 2022. KRV Brooms Private Limited is currently engaged in the business of buyers, sellers, suppliers of all varieties of broom, floor wipers, cleaning brushes, steel scrubbers, mops, housekeeping items.
