Soma Textiles & Industries Limited has on 20th March, 2024 entered into Agreement to assign leasehold Right of its Leasehold land admeasuring 43834.15 sq. Mtrs. of of Mouje Village, Rakhial, Teluka maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The total consideration to be received is Rs. 66,18,90,000. The company received Rs 20,00,00,000 in advance on 20.03.2024 on the day of execution of Agreement to assign Leasehold Right of Land (received Rs. 19,80,00,000 after deduction of 1% TDS of Rs. 20,00,000)

The balance Rs. 46,18, 90,000 will be received on installments on or before execution of this agreement or 15.12.2024 whichever is earlier.
