Asit C. Mehta Investment Intermediates Ltd to allot FCCDs

Asit C. Mehta Investment Intermediates Limited (ACMIIL), a subsidiary of the Company in its Board Meeting held today i.e. on Saturday, March 16, 2024, has considered and approved to issue 1,00,000 (One Lakh) 10.50% Secured Fully Compulsory Convertible Debentures ("FCCDs") of face value Rs. 1,000/- (India Rupees One Thousand Only) each for an aggregate consideration of Rs 10,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Crores Only) for a term of 84 months.
