Magnum Ventures Limited allots 90,59,433 shares on rights basis

In accordance with (i) the Letter of Offer dated January 18, 2024, and (ii) the Basis of Allotment finalised in consultation with the Registrar to the Issue and BSE Limited, (the Designated Stock Exchange for the Rights issue), the Rights Issue Committee of Magnum Ventures Limited has, at in its meeting held today, i.e., 1st March, 2024, approved the allotment of 90,59,433 fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 10/- each on a rights basis, at an issue price of ₹54/- (including a share premium of ₹44/- per Equity Share) aggregating to ₹ 4,892.09 lakhs to its eligible equity shareholders on a rights basis ("Rights issue").

Shares of Magnum Ventures Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 61.04 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 61.57. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6924 in over 214 trades.
