Quest Softech India Ltd to change name as AMPVOLTS Ltd

The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e Friday, March 1, 2024, which commenced at 5.00 p.m. and concluded at 5.45 p.m. has considered and approved the proposal towards the Change of name of the Company from "QUEST SOFTECH (INDIA) LIMITED" to "AMPVOLTS LIMITED" or any other name as may be approved by the Central Registration Centre ("CRC") of Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA") which shall be subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company, Stock Exchange i.e BSE Limited on which securiƟes are listed and any other authority as may be required.

Shares of Quest Softech (India) Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 47.59 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 45.33. The total number of shares traded during the day was 41923 in over 124 trades.
