Mahindra World City Developers Ltd launches new project in Mahindra World City, Chennai

Mahindra World City Developers Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, is undertaking launch of a project, 'Green Estates by Mahindra', Chennai (Mahindra World City, Chennai). The said Project is registered with Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA Registration no. TN/35/Layout/0556/2024). The details of the Project registered with RERA is available at www.rera.tn.gov.in.

Shares of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 608.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 594.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46213 in over 2508 trades.
