Global Surfaces Ltd's UAE subsidiary commences commercial production of Quartz

Global Surfaces FZE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Global Surfaces Limited has successfully commenced commercial production of Quartz at Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE w.e.f. February 09, 2024.

The Company has estimated installed production capacity of 4,71,164 sq. meters per annum for natural stones and 5,21,643 sq. meters per annum for engineered quartz. Consequent to Commercial production of Engineered Quartz at Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE with installed capacity of 622,896 sq. meters per annum, the total installed capacity of the Company has increased to 16,15,703 sq. meters per annum on Consolidated basis.

Shares of Global Surfaces Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 305.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 310.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28521 in over 974 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 317.00 and intraday low of 293.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8680011.00.
