VIP Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of VIP Industries Ltd at its meeting held today at 2:00 p.m. and concluded at 3:30 p.m. declared the Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 2/- each for FY 2023-24 (100%). The Interim Dividend for the FY 2023-24 shall be paid on or after 16th February, 2024.

The Board has fixed Wednesday, 7th February, 2024 s the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of the interim dividend.

Shares of VIP Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 544.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 547.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26704 in over 816 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 551.90 and intraday low of 540.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14603406.00.
