Control Print Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Control Print Ltd in their meeting held today i.e January 22, 2024 through Video Conferencing ("VC") / other Audio Visual Means ("OVAM") have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 4.00/- per equity share (40%) on the face value of Rs. 10/- per share for the Financial Year 2023-24, and that the record date to determine the names of members eligible for receipt of an interim dividend will be Friday, February 02, 2024. The dividend will be paid on or after Friday, February 09, 2024.
