Nihar Info Global Ltd to acquire strategic stake in Life 108 Healthcare Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of NIHAR INFO GLOBAL LIMITED accorded their approval to the proposal of acquiring the 51% or more equity shares of the Company, Life 108 Healthcare Private Limited on such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by them.

Life 108 Healthcare Private Limited was incorporated on 22nd December, 2021 with the main objects to carry on the business of selling of products online and offline such as health and dietary supplements, ayurvedic products, generic medicines, all kinds of pharmaceuticals and drugs, organic foods, healthcare devices, sports equipment and fitness products, baby and mother care products, beauty care products, wellness & personal cate products, pet foods.

The existing promoters of M/s Life 108 Healthcare Private Limited have expertise in Retail and Wholesale trade of Healthcare and Lifestyle related products and have achieved sustainable growth in the turnover of the Company in the current financial year with their Sales and marketing skills.
