Arman Financial Services Ltd allots 10,47,835 shares under QIP

The Issue and Allotment Committee of Arman Financial Services Limited at its meeting held today, i.e. December 23, 2023, approved the issue and allotment of 10,47,835 Equity Shares, to eligible QIBs at the issue price of ₹2195.00 per Equity Share (including a premium of ₹ 2185.00 per Equity Share, (which includes a discount of ₹ 114.51 i.e., 4.96% of the floor price, as determined in terms of SEBI ICDR Regulations), aggregating to ₹ 2,29,99,97,825/- pursuant to the QIP.

Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares under the QIP, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from ₹ 8,71,10,560/- consisting of 87,11,056 Equity Shares to ₹ 9,75,88,910/- consisting of 97,58,891 Equity Shares each.

Shares of Arman Financial Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2606.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2646.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22772 in over 3649 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2638.15 and intraday low of 2404.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 57950731.00.
