KPI Green Energy Ltd allots 25,35,925 Equity Shares to QIBs through QIP

The Board of KPI Green Energy Limited (Formerly known as K.P.I. Global Infrastructure Limited) at its meeting held today, i.e. Friday, December 22, 2023 approved the issue and allotment of 25,35,925 Equity Shares, to eligible QIBs at the issue price of ₹ 1,183.00 per Equity Share (including a premium of ₹ 1,173.00 per Equity Share, (which includes a discount of ₹ 62 i.e., 4.98% of the floor price, as determined in terms of SEBI ICDR Regulations), aggregating to ₹ 3,000 million (Rupees Three Thousand Million Only), pursuant to the QIP.

Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares under the QIP, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from ₹ 376.52 million consisting of 3,76,52,480 Equity Shares to ₹ 401.88 million consisting of 4,01,88,405 Equity Shares each.

Shares of K.P.I. Global Infrastructure Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1291.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1276.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26728 in over 2385 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1339.00 and intraday low of 1220.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 34172448.00.
