Dev Labtech Venture Limited allots 35,92,000 warrants on preferential basis

Pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors of Dev Labtech Venture Limited at its meeting held on 24th October, 2023 and approval of the members of the Company at their ExtraOrdinary General Meeting held on 20th November, 2023 and pursuant to in-principle approval granted by BSE Limited vide its letter dated 19th December, 2023 and upon receipt of an amount aggregating to Rs. 5,56,76,000 (Rupees Five Crores Fifty Six Lakhs Seventy Six Thousand only) at the rate of Rs. 15.50/- per warrant (being 25% of the issue price per warrant) as warrant subscription price, the Board of Directors of the Company, has considered and approved the Allotment of 35,92,000 (Thirty Five Lakhs Ninety Two Thousand) warrants on preferential basis at an issue price [including the warrant subscription price (Rs. 15.50 per warrant) and the warrant exercise price (Rs. 46.50 per warrant)] of Rs. 62/- each (Rupees Sixty Two only) aggregating to Rs. 22,27,04,000 (Rupees Twenty Two Crores Twenty Seven Lakhs Four Thousands only), to Promoter, Promoter Group and Non- Promoters ('Allottees').
