Kamadgiri Fashion Ltd to enter into new lease agreements

The Board of Directors ('the Board') of Kamadgiri Fashion Limited at their meeting held on today i.e. 11th December 2023, have approved the proposal to enter into new Lease Agreements for taking on lease premises at Umbergaon Industrial Park Phase-2, Third floor, Plot No. 101/4, Opp Golden Metal Co., Dehri Road, Umbergaon (West) Pin396171 Dist. Valsad Gujrat for shifting operations of present Sanjan Unit situated at Survey No. 573, Shed No. B, C, D, Sanjan-Nargol bypass road, Sanjan, (Gujrat).

The board also approved proposal to Shift / Lease / Sell Idle plant and equipment not in use at earlier Tarapur Unit and present Sanjan Unit.

Shares of KAMADGIRI FASHION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 99.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 104.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 848 in over 13 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 109.90 and intraday low of 99.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 87366.00.
