Hindustan Zinc Ltd approves 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Zinc Limited through resolution passed by circulation on Wednesday, December 06, 2023 have approved 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 6 per equity share i.e. 300% on face value of Rs. 2/- per share for the Financial Year 2023-24 amounting to Rs. 2535.19 Crores.

The record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend is Thursday, December 14, 2023. The interim dividend will be paid within stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.

Shares of Hindustan Zinc Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 324.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 317.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 286357 in over 7236 trades.
