IDFC FIRST Bank Ltd to sell its office premises at Naman Chambers, BKC to NSDL

IDFC FIRST Bank Limited ("Bank") has entered into agreement(s) with National Securities Depository Limited ("NSDL") for the sale of Bank's office premises located at Naman Chambers, Bandra-Kurla Complex ("BKC"), Mumbai, as a part of consolidation of Bank's operations near its Corporate Office at IDFC FIRST Bank Tower (The Square), C-61, G Block, BKC, Mumbai.

The consideration for the mentioned office premises amounts to ~ ₹ 198 crore.

Shares of IDFC First Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 90.04 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 91.39. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1486627 in over 8591 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 90.41 and intraday low of 88.94. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 133534609.00.
