Asian Energy Services Limited appoints Mr. Gaurav Srivastava as COO

Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Asian Energy Services Limited has appointed Mr. Gaurav Srivastava as Chief Operating Officer ("COO"), Senior Management Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 3rd October, 2023.

Mr. Gaurav has prior experience spanning more than 18 years in drilling, operations, field services, business development, etc. at schlumberger in India, USA, Australia, Malaysia and Sudan. His latest stint was at Titanium Triangle International Services, Muscat, Oman in the role of General Manager looking after entire operations.

Mr. Gaurav did his Bachelors in Technology, Civil Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 2004 and recently completed M. Sc. in Financial Engineering from WorldQuant University, USA.

Shares of Asian Energy Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 167.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 159.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1468 in over 63 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 167.45 and intraday low of 160.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 243961.00.
