Choice International Ltd increases stake in Choice Finserv Pvt Ltd to 98.05%

On receipt of necessary approval from Investment Committee, M/s. Choice International Limited has acquired 25,00,000 (Twenty Five lakh Only) Equity Shares of M/s. Choice Finserv Private limited ("Subsidiary Company") from our Wholly owned Subsidiary M/s. Choice Equity Braking Private limited for a consideration of Rs. 11,62,50,000/- (Eleven Crore Sixty Two lakh fifty Thousand Only/-). Pursuant to the said acquisition the Company's holding in M/s. Choice finserv Private limited has been increased from 94.80% to 98.05% with effect from September 25, 2023.

Shares of CHOICE INTERNATIONAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 415.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 412.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12545 in over 391 trades.
