KIMS Hospital Enterprises Private Limited ("the Subsidiary") material subsidiary of M/s. Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (Company/KIMS) has made a further investment by acquiring an additional equity stake of 11.52% in M/s. Kondapur Healthcare Limited.
