ABC India Limited - Rating Update

ABC India Limited has announced that the rating for Long Term credit facilities from the Bankers of the Company have been reviewed and reaffirmed the existing rating as CARE BBB- (Triple B Minus; Outlook: Revised from Stable to Negative) and for Short Term credit facilities have been reviewed and reaffirmed the existing rating as CARE A3 (A Three) by rating agencies, viz. CARE Ratings Limited, communicated vide their email.

Moreover, CARE has assigned CARE A3 (A Three) rating to new Short term Bank facilities availed by the Company during FY 2023-24.

Shares of ABC INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 95.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 93.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1064 in over 18 trades.
